Pies and Tarts

My first cookbook was titled 175 Best Mini Pie Recipes.  That's right.  I created a whopping 175 different sweet and savory tarts, turnovers, galettes, and hand pies.  I think it's safe to say that by the end of the project I had gotten my PhD in "pies," and that is why they deserve their on category on this site.  Below you will find mini and standard sized recipes for "all of the things" that come in a flaky crust or a buttery shell.
